We offer aesthetic consultations with our doctors for new clients interested in starting treatments with Doctor Aesthetics. The consultation will include:

Questionnaire: The questionnaire will help to gain information about your medical and treatment history. 

Assessment: Your treatment goals will be discussed and how we can achieve this to give natural results delivered safely. We will also discuss any concerns you may have to put your mind at ease.

Treatment plan: An individualised treatment plan will be constructed to achieve your treatment goals. This will be discussed during the consultation to make sure you're happy with this plan before going ahead, as well as to give you a chance to ask any questions you may have. 

Dermal fillers are gel-like substances that are expertly injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, soften fine lines, and enhance facial contours. These fillers are typically composed of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body, making them safe and compatible with your skin. 

Onset of Action: 

• results  are immediately seen post treatment however they are usually exaggerated in the first few days by swelling. 

Duration of results:

• Dermal filler treatments on average last for 6-18 months depending on the area. 

Aftercare:

• Avoid touching or massaging the injected area for the first 48 hours
• Refrain from drinking alcohol for the first 24 hours
• Refrain from heavy exercise for the first 24 hours 
• Refrain from applying make-up in the first 6 hours after treatment 
• Must not undergo any chemical skin peels/ facial treatments for 2 weeks post-treatment 
• Avoid steam rooms / sauna/ sunbathing for the first 48 hours 

Follow-up:

• All patients will be followed up at 2 weeks post-treatment, except for some procedures where the follow-up is usually at 4-6 weeks. 

Anti-wrinkle treatments are an injectable treatment used to relax facial muscles, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. 

There are also other effects that can be achieved using the same anti-wrinkle injections to manipulate muscles, giving aesthetic results. These include:

Chemical Brow Lift, Downturned Smile Correction, Gummy Smile Correction, Lip flip, Non-Surgical Neck Lift, Masseter (Jawline Slimming), Excessive Sweating Treatment.

Onset of Action: 

• results will start appearing 4 days after injection, with optimal results seen at 2-weeks interval. 

Duration of results:

• These treatments on average last for 3-4 months, after which the muscles slowly start to regain their action and wrinkles start to re-appear.

Aftercare:

• Remain upright for 4 hours after treatment 
• Exercise the injected muscles periodically for 4 hours after treatment to increase the uptake of the toxin.
• Refrain from drinking alcohol for the first 24 hours
• Refrain from heavy exercise for the first 24 hours 
• Refrain from touching the injected areas 
• Refrain from applying make-up in the first 6 hours after treatment 
• Must not undergo any chemical skin peels/ facial treatments for 2 weeks post-treatment

Polynucleotide treatment is an injectable treatment to improve skin quality, appearance, and elasticity. Clinically proven to stimulate collagen production and improve bio-regeneration of patients skin. Polynucleotide treatment can also help to improve scarring such as acne scarring, rosacea, improve the under eye area, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and help to stimulate hair growth.

Dermal filler and anti-wrinkle njections are usually well-tolerated, and any discomfort is typically minimal.  To help ease any discomfort, a numbing cream is applied to the area beforehand. 

A typical treatment session can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the treatment being carried out. Before we start the procedure we will apply numbing cream to the area and leave this to absorb for around 15-20 minutes.
